To prepare your little escapade, we suggest that you come and have dinner with us during which we can discuss your wishes and centres of interest to decide the programme for the next day. After a glass of champagne and a few petits fours, we suggest your tasting typical French dishes such as blanquette de veau, Boeuf aux carottes braisées (beef with braised carrots) or one of our delicate home recipes such as "Poulet aux asperges" (chicken and asparagus), noix de saint-jacques au curry (scallop and curry sauce) or our aiguillette de canard au mil et baies de rose. Our dinners will be mostly accompanied by excellent white and red wines coming from the family cellar.
Before taking you back to your hotel, I would suggest a short tour of Paris by night which lasts little more than an hour, during which you will enjoy magnificent illuminated views of night-time Paris. You'll discover Place des Vosges sunk in sleep, a fully lit Place Vendome, the esplanade of the Trocadéro from where you can admire our national Tour Eiffel amongst other landmarks.
